<strong>The open</strong><strong> interior invites everyone to a spacious living room with many annexes: fireplace, TV, lounge and dining annexe, connected with the kitchen with a small larder adjoined</strong>. It is important to mention about the location of the wall separating the hall from the living room &ndash; it significantly improves the communication between the rooms. On the ground floor there is also<strong> a</strong><strong> comfortable guest room or a hobby room</strong>. The garage, with two windows and an exit to the garden, is connected with the house by the utility room which may be used as a boiler room for any kind of fuel. In this design we used several clever solutions which help to lower the costs, e.g. the location of the chimneys and the ventilation system.</p>

<strong>Comfortably </strong>designed rooms in the attic have much space for long and capacious built-in wardrobes. The rooms are sun-filled thanks to <strong>the windows in the</strong><strong> gable walls and roof windows</strong>. In the parents&#39; bedroom there is a separate walk-in wardrobe. Through the dormer you can admire <strong>the picturesque view of the garden.</strong> This bedroom has a small balcony. <strong>Z160</strong> is the perfect house for those who have a passion for <strong>special and original designs</strong>.</p>
