Z169 house design is a successor of Z69 house design but it has a useable attic and a teriva ceiling.

In this house design we decided to change the rooms location and adapt the attic for a useable area. Thanks to reducing in size the room on the ground floor, we gained additional space on the first floor. A hipped roof and a wooden elevation perfectly harmonise with the surroundings. The extended roof above the arcade gives the body of the house an interesting shape. The ground-floor area of the house consists of three optimally shaped and well laid out rooms and a comfortable bathroom with a space for a bathtub and a shower. In all the rooms we designed large windows which make the rooms bright and sun-filled. From the central hall there is access to all the zones of the house. The right wing constitutes a representative part of the house. There is a large living room with a place for a lounge suite and a dining room. The open kitchen enlarges the whole room. A centrally located fireplace will certainly heat up the house. The first floor constitutes the so-called open space which means that you can design this area in a way you want.
