<strong>Zx16 is a two-storey house</strong> with a double garage and an extensive body. The design will work perfectly on a wide building plot. The subdued colour scheme of the elevation and interesting roofs that are modelled on the Italian villa style give it a specific, atractive image.</p>

<strong>On the ground floor</strong> there are grouped the rooms of the economic zone: a boiler room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a capacious larder. From the entrance hall to the interior of the house leads a hall that is the circulation area between the rooms on the ground floor. The using program has an additional room there that can function as a home office, a library or a guest room. The kitchen combined with the dining room in the bay window and a living room with a fireplace in the center give an impression of a big, atractive space.</p>
