<p>
<strong>Z109</strong><strong> is a functional house design with a useable attic.</strong> Neat buttresses and a semicircular balcony at the front highlight the unique style of the house.</p>
<p>
The <strong>interior</strong> is <strong>very</strong> <strong>comfortable</strong>. <strong>The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are separate rooms</strong>. You can easily go from one room to another. In the kitchen there is a small larder for you to keep basic products. From the living room you can directly go to the terrace where you can admire a <strong>picturesque view of</strong><strong> the garden</strong>. On the ground floor there is also a <strong>guest room</strong> and a <strong>bathroom</strong>. The utility room has a separate exit to the garden.</p>
<p>
On the first floor we found a place to design three <strong>cosy</strong><strong> bedrooms with dormers enlarging the use area </strong>(<strong>the use area of 1.90m</strong>). The largest bedroom, dedicated exclusively to parents, has its own small balcony at the front. In the bathroom, lightened up by two roof windows, there is space to install a bathtub, a shower, two washbasins and a cupboard for all the toiletries.</p>
