<strong>Z225</strong> is a compact house with a functional attic. A simple body with a gable roof holds a functional floor area for a 4-5-person family.</p>
<p>
A <strong>comfortable living room</strong> with a large kitchen create a single-space day zone. From the kitchen it is easy to section off a place for a larder. A zone with a dining room is designed next to the fireplace, at the balcony window with the view of the garden. On warm days it is possible to easily and comfortably have a meal on the partially roofed terrace. The advantage of the present design is a relatively big utility room and comfortable stairs with landing. A room on the ground floor with the exit to the terrace will ideally turn out to function as a home office or an additional bedroom. The additional advantage is a big toilet with a place for a cubicle. In the night zone in the attic three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom have been designed. In the master bedroom a place for a capacious walk-in wardrobe has been anticipated. </p>
<p>
<strong>Z225 can be also extended</strong> by a garage with a practical passage through the utility room.</p>
