Z23 design is a house inexpensive to build and economical in use. The speed of building works is provided by roof girder structure, which also functions as a cover of the rooms on the ground floor (wooden non-functional ceiling). The design is based on a one-storey house with a relatively simple body and attractive architectural form at the same time.

At the front, the body of the building is varied by an interesting entrance arcade, whereas at the side of the garden an arcade, covering partially the terrace has been designed. The interesting solution of the present design is finishing an elevation with clinker or ashlar stone (option) elements.

The space in the interior has been divided into two parts: a day part with a living room, a dining room with the entrance to the terrace and a kitchen with a larder, a night part – consisting of three bedrooms, where one of them can alternatively function as a home office. The optimal layout of the rooms provides also a place for build-in wardrobes.
