<strong>Z46 design</strong> is a rare example of a house for two families, where are two independent flats on the ground floor with a separate entrance at the front. The programme of one of the flats anticipates a complete arrangement of the attic. Every family has the access to the independent garden part.</p>

<strong>The body of the building</strong> is designed in the Old Polish manner: at the front it is varied by a small roof, moved slightly to the front and supported by pillars and the elevation can be decorated by clinker or ashlar stone details, what gives the house a picturesque and unique atmosphere. <strong>The interior of the house</strong> is very functional and it have the economy of the use in mind: blocked plumbing system in the utility room.</p>
