The entrance to the building is designed in the arcade of the frontal elevation. Inside, there is a <strong>clear and functional layout of the rooms</strong>. The central hall is a connecting area between all rooms of the house. The living room can be partially combined with the kitchen with a place for a dining annexe. From the day zone of the house a roofed terrace, visible from the living room and the kitchen is available. A living zone consists of <strong>two spacious rooms</strong> and a large bathroom.</p>

<strong>Z55 </strong>is ideal for those, who value the advantages of a one-storey house. The basic version has a possibility of the use of the attic – as an additional space available e.g. with folding stairs.</p>
