<strong>Z63 design</strong> is a house of a simple body with a gable roof. Exterior elevations and clinker facing finish of the house makes it looking neatly and aesthetically.</p>

<strong>On the ground floor</strong> there is <strong>a spacious living room</strong> combined with the kitchen and the dining room. There is also a space that can be used as a home office, guest room or as an expansion of the living room. By the enter zone there is a bathroom, a hall with a space for a wardrobe and with a direct passage to the utility room. <strong>The attic</strong> is designed as a "night zone", where all of the occupants are able to use one of the three comfortable, arrangeable rooms and a big, shared bathroom. The rooms on the attic are designed with traditional windows in the gable walls and with spaces for wardrobes and storage places.</p>

<strong>House Z63</strong> can fit very well into urban as well as suburban buildings. </p>
