<strong>The entrance to the house</strong> is interestingly accented by the extension of the roof that is propped up by the pillar. It is possible to walk to the utility room from the entrance hall. The ground floor is divided into two zones. In the first one there is a spacious kitchen with the larder and the living room with the dining room. The living room is opened to the terrace through the glazed door that provide the great insolation. In the second zone there are the bedrooms and a bathroom. The whole space is combined by a hall in which there is a separated WC and the staircase. <strong>On the attic</strong> the space can be divided freely. In a sample proposition there are two commodious bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room and an open space.</p>

<strong>Z83 design</strong> will appeal to those who valuate the tradition and the modernity. In its classical form the house is distinguished by its individuality among other houses.</p>
