<strong>On the ground </strong>the day zone is formed by a spacious living room opened to the garden. From the dining room you can go to the roofed arcade. In the rest of the house serving as the day zone, there is a separated, quite big room with its own bathroom. The kitchen integrates with the dining room by the sliding door or a buffet (optional). In the living room there is a space designed for a fireplace and a wall for TV and multimedia. There is a possibility to remove the second wardrobe in the hall and to section a larder. The utility zone is formed by a technical room accessible from the hall.</p>
