<p>
<strong>ZB1 is a design of a semi-detached house, </strong>which, thanks to the garage built into its form, would fit into a relatively small building plot. The interesting elements are dormers with balconies, designed both on the front, and on the garden side of the house.</p>
<p>
<strong>Particular parts of the house </strong>are separated by the multi-level storeys. <strong>On the ground floor </strong>there is a living room with fireplace opened to the garden. The integration is supported also by the big, partially open kitchen located by the dining room, situated in a lovely bay window. The house has a single garage, which is combined with the house by a shared entrance hall. On the garden side there is a balcony and a partially roofed terrace, which has a direct entrance from the dining room. In the summer there is a possiblity of putting out the kitchen table and arranging a dining room in the fresh air.</p>
<p>
A space for the individual work is designed <strong>on the mezzanine and on the attic.</strong> <strong>Four rooms</strong> might be developed as bedrooms or one of them might be used as a home office or a guest room for beloved mother-in-law. Every bedroom on the attic has an entrance to a balcony. As a recreation room or a house library might be used <strong>the additional attic situated above the useable one.</strong></p>
<p>
<strong>ZB1 </strong>is realized as a commision of a developer, who has already built few segments like that in Marki (a town near Warsaw) and all of them have sold out quickly! Few segments built on a few building plots located aside design themselves honourably.</p>
