<strong>Zx2 design is a modern, two-storey house</strong> with refined elevations that are characteristic in the modern architecture. The body of the building reminds a cube and it is covered with a pyramid hip roof on a low slope.</p>

<strong>The space on the groung floor</strong> is mainly the day zone: there is almost a 30 square-metre living room combined with the dining room and the kitchen. The entrance to the side terrace that can be also located on the front is direct from the living room and the kitchen. It may be important for the building plots which front is in the south. In the left side of the building there is a garage with a direct access from the hall, a home office and a bathroom. <strong>The first floor is the leisure zone</strong> with three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a sectioned laundry room.</p>

<strong>The idea of this design</strong> is to achieve a clear, simple and ergonomic body of the building that at the same time would be unrepeatable in its expression and that can be a characteristic accent in the area. <strong>This design can be realised in many variants</strong>, e.g. with a terrace at the back or a double garage.</p>
