<strong>Zx7 is a modern two-storey house</strong> with a double garage extented to the front which make it suitable also for a narrower building plot. A characteristic cubic body of the building is covered with a pyramid hip roof and it is decorated with the wooden elements on the elevations. The design has a clear functional set-up.</p>

<strong>From the entrance hall</strong> there are the entrances to the hall and to the garage. In the hall, that divides the day and the economic zone, there is a designed space for the big wardrobes. The utility room can be accessible from the garage or from the bathroom. A spacious living room with a dining room and an open kitchen creates <strong>a comfortable day zone.</strong> This zone has an access to the partially roofed terrace. The fireplace is combined into the wall between the dining room and the hall.</p>
<p>
<strong>On the first floor</strong> there are four cosy, very arrangeable bedrooms, a built-in wardrobe and two bathrooms, one of which private. Every room on the first floor is a full-scale room without the slants, which influences their possible arrangement and the comfort of use.</p>
