<strong>Zx10 is a design of a simple, classic body </strong>with a pyramid hip roof. Clean, subtle elevations of subdued colouring scheme give it charm and elegance.</p>

<strong>The day zone, </strong>located on the ground floor, is separated in the body by a light, stone facing, decorated with a delicate cornice. The house is designed for needs of a family of five or six. The roofed entrance leads to the leisure zone in the left wing of the building. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room are combined together and enlarge the impression of space. A fireplace and a big family table are situated centrally. By the kitchen there is obviously a big larder.</p>
<p>
<strong>In the right wing </strong>there is a space for the capacious wardrobes, a WC with a shower, a utility room and a double garage. There is also one additional room, which might serve as a home office or as a guest room.</p>
<p>
<strong>On the first floor</strong> there are four bedrooms with a bathroom and a shared built-in wardrobe. The main bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe and bathroom.</p>
