<strong>Zx34 is a functional one-storey house</strong> divided into three zones: the day one that is elevated, the kitchen-entrance above which there is the attic and the one with three bedrooms. In the day zone to which leads a hall, there is designed <strong>a space for having a meal, for the relax and a romantic place by the fireplace.</strong> The advantage of this room is in its height and in <strong>the big windows</strong>. The kitchen, which is designed centrally and has an entrance from the hall and a living room, with a large larder have the windows on the side of the terrace and you can see the garden panorama there. The main bedroom is designed with an additional room that can function as a bathroom or a built-in wardrobe.</p>

<strong>In this design there is a roofed arcade on the terrace</strong> for the griil and the feast. The diversification of the forms in this building, both by the height and the elevation materials, gives this hause a unique character.</p>
