An advantage of this design is an <strong>extensive utility room</strong>. It is perfect as a boiler house for <strong>solid fuel</strong>. A useful <strong>storage</strong>, available <strong>from the terrace</strong>, would work as <strong>a storage place for tools and garden furniture</strong>.</p>

The day zone is <strong>a spacious living room with a big kitchen</strong> in an open composition. The rooms might be, in need, separated by a load-bering wall. By the kitchen there is a larder.
