Zb8 is a unique design of a semi-detached development. His specific character shows <strong>brave, energy-saving body of the building and modern design realizations. </strong></p>

The using programme is extremely rich. <strong>Particular storeys appoint another zones. </strong>The ground floor is a commodious day zone with an extensive backroom. There is a big utility room, a built-in wardrobe, a larder and quite a large bathroom. The heart of the house is a spacious living room combined with a dining room and a kitchen. A huge advantage is in the incredibly comfortable stairs with a landing. Another floor is the night zone – two rooms, a shared bathroom, capacious built-in wardrobe and a laundry. The third bedroom is <strong>a comfortable room with its own bathroom and an entrance to the partially roofed terrace</strong>. The attic is planned as an open space. It would work perfectly as a studio, a home office, a recreation room but it might serve also as an additional bedroom.</p>
