In countries in which we are acting we are choosing local building partners which will be able to build the Z500 houses for our customers. Selection of building partners is very demanding and the company which will get the Z500 building authorization guarantees the correctness of making the structure. We want our customers to be able to build houses in 4 technologies, fitted to local conditions, due to Z500 network. Authorised Builder Z500 signs the agreement and provides a warranty on the performed services.
In the group of our contractors 2 technologies are dominating. These are: the structural clay tile or the cellular concrete blocks. In case of the structural clay tile materials of the Wienerberger company are most often applied. Depending on local customs – a two-layer wall is most often applied of Porotherm hollow bricks. External wall with the system of insulating (best quality insulating material) is called the two-layer wall. The inside layer of bricks is performing the structural function in this solution. Next the layer thickness of insulating is mostly responsible for thermal parameters of the entire partition. The internal walls can be plastered or covered with a plaster panel to provide perfectly smooth walls and favorable living conditions.
Prefabricated Wooden Technology & Stell Frame Technology
After choosing one of our projects – the house after taking into account possible changes and the preference of the customer is being prepared in one of factories cooperating with us. Walls are subject to a prefabrication and are prepared from best possible certificated materials (KVH, BSH, STEICO, Rockwool etc.) on Swedish Randek machines. This way prepared wall is characterized by the best quality and thermal resistance. Appropriately prepared wall fulfills all European parameters of the energy efficiency and the structural integrity. Most often, contractor guarantee 30 years warranty to walls made by himself. The assembly of the house is relatively short and if there are no other obstacles – the customer can inhabit the Z500 house in just 3 months.
Eco Ready & Passive
We make efforts to encourage our investors to build low-energy houses. Energy is becoming more expensive in the world, norms of the parliament of the European Union will be forcing in applying modern technologies of warming and insulating the house. We are ready for it today. Building in this technology is more expensive, however, counting the later low costs of house using – it is profitable. Depending on project, situating the plot, the access to media (the sources of heating) we apply different technologies of walls, windows, ventilations and devices distributing the central heating. In the passive construction they have resigned the gravitational ventilation, since it’s generating much losses of the warmth. To make this kind of ventilation to be working correctly, a temperature difference must appear – then consumed air from the building is climbing and is being carried by ventilation chimneys outside, without the possibility of effective recycling of the warmth.
The standard of passive houses reduces running costs considerably. Costs of heating up are insignificant and thermal comfort is very high. At passive house the average temperature in winter time is higher and in summer lower than in other buildings, even energy-efficient. The heating period in a passive house is about half shorter (in the Central-European climate the heating period for passive houses is only 3 months). It is possible only in houses made with prefabricate method, which method guarantees the lack of thermal bridges and very high tightness.
The Expanded Clay Aggregate Technology
Technology, in which prefabricate walls are being prepared in the factory and their assembly on the site, lasts a few days. The technology is based on Expanded clay aggregate material (LECA). Burnt down in 1200 ° C temperature balls of clay with excellent insulates and acoustic properties creates an atmosphere of the building similar to brick houses. The balls of LECA are being burnt down in rotary furnaces. The standard wall in this technology is made up in 75% of LECA, 15% of sand and 10% of cement which serves mainly as binder. The technology is coming from Denmark and factories are located in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Germany.
