<strong>The rooms located on the ground floor</strong><strong> are spacious and bright.</strong> Large windows allow the sunshine to <strong>naturally lighten up </strong>the house. This gives the impression that the house is even bigger. The kitchen and the living room are connected <strong>in a very practical way</strong>. <strong>A room on the ground floor</strong> is an ideal place to be used as a guest room or a home office. On the first floor there are <strong>three spacious, comfortable bedrooms</strong>. There is also a <strong>large bathroom</strong> with space for a bathtub, a shower and all the necessary ceramics.</p>

<strong>Z115</strong> is designed to be adapted as a <strong>PASSIVE HOUSE</strong> (e.g. self-heating). Large southern glazing ensures a permanent supply of heat which is accumulated inside the house. The glazing in the house acts as a wall naturally accumulating the heat, like a large solar collector. The northern side is "darker" in order to avoid heat balance loss. This is the first passive house in Poland whose building costs is only a few percent higher than in the traditional technology.
