From the entrance hall with the access to a spacious walk-in wardrobe we get to the hall, that is open to the day zone. This part of the house consists of a large and bright living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a comfortable kitchen. A single-space day part has the access to the terrace with a delicate roof. From the hall we have also the access to a shared bathroom and two large bedrooms. All bedrooms and a living room have the entrance to the garden.

Despite of an seemingly small floor area, the house is functional and spacious. A compact body enables to locate the house on a narrow plot and to save on the house exploitation. In the future it is possible to adapt the attic, what will enlarge the floor area of the interior.
