Z249 is a neat and compact one-storey house of LEO collection. A simple body covered with a gable roof is varied by a frontal bay window and an interesting form of the roof.

The main advantage of Z249 is the lack of the internal structural walls. It enables to almost freely design the interior by moving the partition walls. A functional programme is the large day zone – the kitchen in the open composition with a living room and a dining room. In the left part of the building there is a night zone – two bedrooms, each has the access to the terrace. A large bathroom has a window. In the design a place for capacious wardrobes and a big utility room that can be also enlarged at the cost of the hall have been also anticipated.

Z249 can be located also on the small plot of 19.2 m wide. It is enough to move the bedroom window form the side elevation onto the garden one.
