<strong>Z25 is a house of a modern look </strong>for a very narrow and untypical plot. It is possible to dispense with a porch, what makes the house narrower and, in extreme case, suitable for the plot of circa 12m wide. </p>
<p>
A simple and designed on a rectangular pan body of the building is covered with a gable roof. It is possible to design<strong> the additional side windows</strong> in the living room and the kitchen. In spite of its longitudinal shape, the interior does not give the impression of "tram effect" and the rooms can be interestingly and functionally furnished. The structural layout enables to freely arrange the house, since there are no load-bearing walls. A big advantage is the possibility of optimal developing the attic on account of a<strong> high knee wall.</strong></p>
<p>
<strong>The interesting visual solution </strong>of the present design is the partial finishing of the elevation with wooden facing or coloured plaster in the combination with steel structure of the balcony. The design will be well presentable both in compact and open building development.</p>
