Small floor surface can be compensated by opening the house to the surrounding, obtained thanks to the roofed veranda. </p>

<strong>The additional attraction and advantage of the house</strong> is taking a grill on the terrace into consideration and thus the weather cannot stop summer gatherings.</p>

The fireplace inside the house is centrally located and enables to heat the whole space, <strong>what does not require expensive heating system</strong>. At the request of the clients in the bathroom the additional chimney has been designed. The design will perfectly turn out to be a holiday cottage or a house.</p>
