<strong>Zr2 is a design of a residence with a recreational zone:</strong> it is a combination of two wings that are situated towards each other at a slight angle on the different levels of the ground. The building is storied and under there is a partial basement: it is possible to be located on a side of the scarp.</p>
<p>
<strong>The building is covered with a gable roof</strong> and it has an extensive set-up of the terraces that harmonises with the area and the elevation elements. The body of the building is enriched by the chimneys that have a form of the high sloping buttresses and there are also some natural elements of the decor of the fa&ccedil;ade. The garage level is by the ground of the recreational zone above which there is a first floor accessible from an independent entrance. The entrance to the garden is covered with the plate of the terraces. The exterior elevations are stylized with the elements of the facing from the local stone or decorticated sandstone.</p>

<strong>Zr2 design after the development and fitting to its functions</strong> can function as an inn, a boarding house, a small resort, a business center, a wedding house or a residence with a recreational part.</p>
