<strong>Zx63 is an optimally designed modern house</strong> with a garage built into its body. The living room with an extensive terrace covered with a wooden pergola is on the front (on the south) and the kitchen has the windows on the garden side.</p>

<strong>The living room</strong> combined with the kitchen and the dining room creates an open space, illuminated with the glazings that reach the floor. By the kitchen there is a big larder. <strong>The fireplace</strong> is situated in the heart of the house: you can see its beauty from the dining room and from the sofa in the living room. On the ground floor there is an additional room with the window on the garden side. It can function as a guest room, a home office or the main bedroom. By the room there is located a bathroom with a space for a shower.</p>
