<strong>Z13</strong> is a comfortable and functional house design with a welcoming look. Its neat body harmonizes with both high- and low-density housing. The balcony not only highlights the entrance area but also protects it from the changeable weather.</p>

On the ground floor we designed a living room with a dining room and an exit to the partially roofed terrace. With a small larder adjoined, the kitchen is spatially connected with the day zone. On the ground floor we also anticipated a separate room which can be used as a home office. It is accessible from the entrance hall. The ground-floor location of the bathroom will also allow you to use the home office as a guest room. It is possible to separate the kitchen and the dining room from the living room space. In the entrance hall there is a place for a wardrobe and an exit to the large utility room.</p>
<p>
<strong>On the first floor</strong><strong> there are</strong> three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two rooms have exits to the frontal balcony. Thanks to a dormer, there are no ‘slants and angles’ in these rooms.</p>
