From here it is possible to go directly to the garage through the utility room as well as to the day zone, that consists of a<strong> bright living room combined with a dining room in the window bay</strong> and the kitchen with the larder. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a <strong>room with a private bathroom</strong>. On the first floor there are <strong>three spacious bedrooms</strong>, two with the access to the balcony, a home office and a large bathroom with a place for a bath and a shower.</p>
