<strong>Z18 </strong>house plan is similar to a square. The house symbolizes a perfect combination of classical beauty and modern solutions. A hipped roof, dormers, an impressive semicircular terrace as well as classic pillars supporting the arcade make the house look dignified and elegant.</p>

<strong>The main hall</strong> leads to the stairs and the guest room which can be used as a home office. The entrance hall and the day room form a single-space interior. In the day room we designed three annexes: lounge, fireplace and TV. The chimney is designed in a way that enables the location of the fireplace on the roofed terrace. In the kitchen we designed a small larder and a place for a family table. In the attic it is possible to organise even three bedrooms with wardrobes and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have balconies with a view of the garden.</p>
