<strong>Z30 is a cosy and functional house</strong> with a functional attic and a gable roof. The main advantage of the design is <strong>a spacious and roofed veranda.</strong> It enables the family members to spend their time in the fresh air even during unfavourable weather. A chimney, located in the corner, will enable <strong>to connect the fireplace also on the terrace.</strong> A simple and compact body and an uncomplicated structure will generate low building costs.</p>

On the ground floor there is a living room with a partially open kitchen, a separate small utility room, a room and a comfortable bathroom with a window. In the attic there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a walk-in wardrobe.<strong> The dormers in the roof enable to optimally exploit the floor area of the attic.</strong> From the larger room a spacious roofed terrace is also available.</p>

<strong>Z30 is available in two version: as a holiday cottage and as a house.</strong> A large surface of the roofed terraces is in favour of contact with nature, and that is way the house is ideal to be placed in close to nature.</p>
