Sanitary area on the ground floor consists of a bathroom with a utility room, in which a chimney and a small central heating stove are located. <strong>The attic</strong> has been designed as a night zone, were you can find three bedrooms, one with the access to the balcony. A bathroom is divided into a utility area and a bath annexe. Making the roof above the garage will enable to find an additional floor surface, available from the large bedroom or a bathroom.</p>
