<strong>The design</strong><strong> of the house Z84 </strong>with useable attic is based on the design of a one-storey house Z24. <strong>Orthographic projection, </strong>covered with a pyramid hip roof, modern decoration details of the elevation and functional interior, will satisfy all the needs of the future occupants and even more.</p>
<p>
<strong>The ground floor </strong>is divided into two independent zones: the day and the night one. The day zone contains <strong>a spacious living room </strong>with a dining room and a fireplace and a kitchen, of which there is a larder sectioned. Terrace on the garden side is situated in the arcade. To limit the costs of building, in the utility room there was designed only one chimney, which is just beside the fireplace in the living room. It facilites to make the economical installations with fireplace heating or "water jacket". <b> On the attic </b>there are <strong>three extensive bedrooms </strong>and a bathroom. There is also a lot of space for the wardrobes and a built-in wardrobe.</p>

<strong>An advantage of the Z84 design is the fact, that it might be realised in parts. Firstly, there can be arranged the apartment on the ground floor and later the attic can be developed.</strong></p>
