<strong>Z99</strong> is a design of a house with useable attic. Modern decoration by the integration of the wooden elements created an interesting and unrepeatable image of this house.</p>
<p>
<strong>In the entrance hall</strong> there is a designed space for a wardrobe. Further there is a hall and a separate room that can be used as a guest room or a home office. On the opposite side there is a bathrom and through this you can walk into the utility room. The further part of the house is a living room combined with a dining room and an open kitchen. By the kitchen there is a larder that allows to keep everything in order.</p>
<p>
<strong>The attic contains</strong> the corridor that is a circulation area between three bedrooms and a bathroom. All the rooms on the attic are illuminated by the roof windows and there are the spaces for the built-in wardrobes designed. In addition two bedrooms are equipped in the entrances to the shared balcony that is on the garden side.</p>
<p>
<strong>Z99</strong> is a simple body with a gable roof that influences the economy of the realization of this design. </p>
