<strong>Z126</strong><strong> is a neat single-family house </strong>with a useable attic and a side garage, designed for a 5 or 6-person family. The light, subdued colours and the elements of the finishing give it a modern look. The bay window with grey sheeting highlights the unique character of the building.</p>

<strong>In the extended part at the front of the house</strong> we designed a spacious kitchen with a window with a view of the entrance zone. The open day zone with a fireplace connects the living room and the dining room. The kitchen can also be a separate room. In the living room there is an exit to a large roofed terrace. On the ground floor we also found space for a utility room, a boiler room, a decent-sized toilet with a shower.</p>
<p>
<strong>A comfortable staircase</strong> with a landing leads to the day zone in the attic. We designed here <strong>four comfortable</strong><strong> bedrooms</strong> and a separate bathroom. The bedroom above the garage has its own capacious dressing room. In the main bedroom there is a small terrace above the bay window.</p>
