<strong>Z130</strong><strong> is a functional two-storey house</strong> with a neat and compact body, a gable roof and a built-in garage. The wooden facing beautifully marks the attic.</p>

<strong>The roofed entrance</strong> is highlighted by a slight notch in the house body. In the entrance hall there are the exits to the garage and <strong>the decent-sized utility room</strong> which <strong>is also accessible directly</strong><strong> from the garden</strong>. <strong>A spacious living room</strong> with the dining room and the kitchen constitutes the day zone designed on the ground floor. Here we also planned a comfortable large room with a space for wardrobes and a direct exit to the terrace. This room can serve as a guest room or a home office. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a shower and a window.</p>

Designed in the entrance hall, <strong>the</strong><strong> comfortable stairs with the landing</strong> lead to the night zone of the house. There are <strong>three</strong><strong> large bedrooms</strong>, a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a laundry. The room dedicated to the house owners has a separate bathroom and a wardrobe. In two other bedrooms there are exits to the balcony.</p>
