Z137 is a proposal of an energy-efficient house suitable for a narrow plot. A compact body, a simple structure and a gable roof make it inexpensive to build and use, with a possibility of adapting it as a low energy house. Warm colours of the elevation, natural wooden facing and tasteful details give the house a unique character.

We designed a relatively small area in a very functional way. The day zone includes the kitchen opened to the living room with a fireplace. An additional room can be used as a home office or a guest room. On the ground floor there is a place for a large wardrobe, a utility room and a cubbyhole under the stairs.

The centrally located staircase enables great placement of the rooms on the first floor. The night zone consists of three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and two large walk-in wardrobes. In the biggest bedroom there are: an exit to the large balcony with a view of the garden and a wardrobe.
