<strong>Z143</strong> is a very cosy and charming house design. The body of the house impresses with its precision and carefully selected details. A neat bay window and a delicate arcade highlight the cosy look of the house.</p>

The main advantage of Z143 house design is <strong>the living room area</strong> subtly divided into two parts. The first one is a place for the family meetings and feasts at the table. The second one constitutes a perfect place for you and your family to take a rest and relax. With a small larder adjoined, the kitchen is slightly sectioned off the living room. On the ground floor we also designed a practical bathroom and a comfortable guest room with a large walk-in wardrobe. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. The largest and most exclusive of them has its own walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate exit to the balcony. In the comfortable large bathroom there is a place for a laundry. The house design enables an easy installation of glass skylight in the ridge.<strong> The skylight is optional.</strong></p>
