In this house design both the entrance and the terrace are roofed. It is <strong>a small and functional</strong> house with a centrally designed staircase which is lightened up thanks to a roof window. On the ground floor there is <strong>a garage</strong><strong> built into the body of the building and a decent-sized boiler room.</strong> One of the advantages of this house design is only <strong>one chimney</strong> which reduces the costs of the construction and <strong>prevents from heat loss.</strong></p>
<p>
On the ground floor we designed the day zone and the lounge zone with a large terrace. In the attic we planned three bedrooms, <strong>two walk-in wardrobes</strong><strong> and two bathrooms</strong>. Z183 is the perfect house design for those who are looking for a house with<strong> a sophisticated form and functional solutions.</strong></p>
