<strong>Z184 is a two-family house with separate entrances</strong>. The advantage of this house design is a possibility of adapting a smaller flat in many ways, depending on our needs.</p>

<strong>Z 184 consists of two parts</strong>: the main one with a large day zone, additional room on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and the smaller one – ideal also to lease. In both parts in the day zone there is a comfortable and functional kitchen, a place for a table, a livinf room with a fireplace. In the smaller flat a wood pellets stove-fireplace. It is not necessary, because the utility room warm up all of the rooms. <strong>In the attic </strong>there are three bedrooms, the biggest one has its own walk-in wardrobe.<strong> In the smaller flat </strong>there are two bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom. <strong>The structure of the house enables to arrange this space freely, the partition walls can be changed or completely removed</strong>, creating the open space e.g. for a studio.</p>

<strong>The entrance space and the terraces at the garden side have been discreetly sepatared</strong> in order to create an intimate space for the family members of both parts of the house.</p>
