There we designed <strong>the</strong><strong> centrally located stairs</strong> which <strong>integrate</strong><strong> the interior </strong>of both the living room and the dining room. <strong>A large glazed bay window </strong>not only enlarges the living room but also provides a pleasant place for all the family to eat together. <strong>A day room</strong> with a sliding balcony door and a fireplace will be a great place to take a rest and relax. The ground floor constitutes <strong>the lounge zone</strong> of the house with a home office or <strong>a guest room</strong> and a partially roofed terrace.</p>

The well-designed first floor with a separate bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe accessible from the parents' bedroom as well as <strong>three large</strong><strong> rooms</strong> with a comfortable bathroom <strong>is an ideal proposal for</strong><strong> those who are looking for comfort.</strong></p>
