<strong>Z187</strong><strong> is a semi-detached two-storey house design</strong> with a simple body, a gable roof and an interesting functional placement of all the rooms.</p>
<p>
It is a perfect house design for a multigenerational family wanting to live under the same roof which is a very efficient and economical but often not very comfortable solution. <strong>In Z187</strong><strong> house design two apartments of a different size </strong>are connected with only one boiler room. Each apartment has a separate entrance which <strong>maximizes your</strong> <strong>privacy</strong>.</p>
<p>
In the left part of the building we designed <strong>a smaller apartment</strong> with an area of about 45 sq. m with one bedroom and a kitchen connected with a living room. There is also a comfortable bathroom with a window and a cubbyhole. The second apartment is big enough for a 4 or 5-person family. On the ground floor there is a spacious day zone including a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a small cubbyhole under the stairs and a toilet.
The entire floor area in the attic constitutes the night zone of the house. There are three spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, a separate laundry and a decent-sized walk-in wardrobe which can also be used <strong>as</strong><strong> an additional room</strong>.</p>
