<strong>Z200</strong> is a comfortable one-storey house design with a double garage at the front of the building. The elevations and the body of the house are decorated with modern decorative details.</p>

The interior is divided into two parts: the day zone and the night zone. The day zone includes <strong>a spacious living room</strong> with a large glazing and a dining room as well as a direct access to the kitchen which can be separated from the living room with a sliding door. The left part of the house constitutes the night zone including a bathroom and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an exit to the roofed terrace. Another advantage of this house design is a <strong>direct passage from the house interior to</strong><strong> the double garage</strong>. In the hall we anticipated a space for the folding stairs to the loft.</p>

<strong>Z200</strong><strong> house</strong> can be heated up in many different ways starting from modern eco-friendly fireplaces with pellets as well as traditionally using coal or gas. It is possible thanks to the utility room accessible from the garage.</p>
