Z52 is a one-storey house with a double garage, covered by a multi-hipped roof. In the design the suspended beam and block flooring has been designed, what allows to adapt the attic in the future in order to create a loft of additional room.</p>

The design is extremely attractive thanks to a spacious (over 50 sq.m.) day zone with the open kitchen and many additional rooms – a big pantry, large utility room, comfortable laundry room with a window. The kitchen location allows to arrange the space in a modern way with a large kitchen island, but if you are a traditionalist, it is possible to section the closed space of the kitchen. In the left part of the house there are: a home office, three comfotable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The masterbedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and the access to the roofed terrace. </p>
<p>
Z52 is an interesting design with a rich functional programme. The wooden and plaster lining gives the house modern character. A simple building structure allows to shape freely the interior by partition walls moving.</p>
