<strong>Z202</strong> is a single-family one-storey house design with a possibility of adapting the attic. The location of all the rooms is optimal and functional.</p>

<strong>Opening the day zone to the surroundings</strong> constitutes the main advantage of this house design. We planned many rooms used for many different purposes. All of them form three zones: the day zone, the night zone and the utility zone. The day zone includes a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. In order to satisfy our customers, we separated the lounge zone from the day zone. The utility zone consists of <strong>a double garage</strong>, a small larder and a utility room located next to the entrance.</p>
