<strong>Z204</strong> is a functional house design with all the rooms placed on the ground floor. Its simple body is highlighted with the left wing of the building moved slightly to the front. Both wooden and stone facing of the elevation give it a modern look.</p>

One of the most important advantages of this house design is <strong>a double garage and</strong><strong> a large utility room </strong>accessible also directly from the garden. The representative and night zones are clearly separated. The day zone includes <strong>a spacious</strong><strong> living room</strong> with a fireplace and an exit to the roofed terrace. The living room is connected with a dining room and a kitchen. There is also a place for <strong>a small larder</strong> and a small bathroom with a shower. In the night zone we designed three comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom with a window. The bedroom of the house owners has large French windows and a functional walk-in wardrobe.</p>
