<strong>Z107 design</strong> is a proposal of a single-family house with a gable roof and a frontal garage. The elevation decorated in light, soft colours, gives the house a unique character.</p>
<p>
<strong>The day zone</strong> on the ground floor means a spacious living room with a fireplace in the open composition with the dining room and the kitchen with a small larder adjoined. On this floor there is also a bathroom, a staircase and the entrance hall with a place for a wardrobe. In the right part of the house there is a single garage. From the garage you can directly enter the house which will make it easier for you to carry e.g. a basket full of shopping. At the back there is a roomy, useful utility room. In the attic there is <strong>the night zone</strong> of the house. We planned t<strong>here three comfortable bedrooms</strong>, each bedroom with space for a large wardrobe, and a shared bathroom.</p>
