<strong>Z125</strong><strong> is a house design with a useable attic,</strong> perfect for those who like and need much &nbsp;space. Light colours and wooden elements of the elevation give it <strong>a charming and welcoming</strong> <strong>look</strong>. Thanks to <strong>the wooden facing</strong>, <strong>grey</strong> window frames and a pergola, the house is <strong>absolutely unique, just the only one of its kind.</strong></p>

<strong>The most important part</strong><strong> of this design is a light and spacious living room</strong> with space for a TV annexe and a bookcase. It is a perfect place for you to receive your guests, family and friends. On the terrace, adjoined to the living room, you can grill with your loved ones in the springtime or organise summer barbecue parties. The open kitchen composition <strong>enlarges</strong> the whole room. Large windows allow everyone to admire the <strong>well-organized garden</strong>. The room on the ground floor may be used as a bedroom for your guests or a home office. A single garage has its own utility room which is necessary for you to keep all the garden equipment and tools. It is accessible from the entrance hall with a separate walk-in wardrobe. It should be noted that the hall has the size of a small room.</p>

<strong>On the first floor</strong> there are <strong>three</strong><strong> large and comfortable bedrooms</strong>, <strong>each</strong><strong> with an area of over 20 sq. m.</strong> <strong>They can be divided</strong><strong> into smaller rooms during the house construction.</strong> <strong>In&nbsp; each bedroom there is a place for a wall-in wardrobe</strong>. Dedicated to the parents, the largest bedroom has a <strong>personal walk-in wardrobe</strong>. <strong>In order to fully satisfy our customers,</strong> we also designed here two comfortable bathrooms. It is possible to change the location of the door to the smaller bathroom so that it is accessible directly from the bedroom.</p>
