<strong>A practical</strong><strong> room on the ground floor</strong> can be used as a home office, an additional bedroom or a guest room. Accessible from the entrance hall, a <strong>large bathroom</strong> with a window is a guarantee of your comfort. In the entrance hall there is also an exit to the garage. Behind the single garage there is a large utility room. In the attic we designed <strong>three</strong><strong> comfortable bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom</strong> and a separate walk-in wardrobe. One room has its own walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have access to the balconies.</p>
