<strong>Z134</strong> is a neat and compact house design with a useable attic. The designed width of the frontal elevation allows to build the house on <strong>a plot 15.54 m wide</strong>. A simple body of the building is decorated with arcades in the entrance area and opposite to the garden.</p>

On the well-planned ground floor there is a spacious living room which is connected with the dining room and has an exit to the roofed terrace. The main advantage of this design is a partially open, spacious kitchen with a roomy larder. We also anticipated a space for a comfortable bathroom with a window and a small utility room which can also be accessible from the garden. In the hall there is a place for wardrobes. Thanks to large corner windows in the living room, you can admire the picturesque view of the garden. The night zone is located in the attic and includes three bedrooms, a laundry room and a separate bathroom. Two rooms have exits to the balcony.</p>
