<strong>Z149</strong><strong> is a house design with a classic and pioneering nature.</strong> A simple body of the building and a gable roof make the house functional and inexpensive to build. Light colours of the walls and light grey details subtly combined with wooden elements of the elevation form a harmonious whole.</p>

An important part of this design is a large, <strong>spacious living room</strong> with a fireplace. Thanks to the open composition of the kitchen, the room seems to be even bigger. A small larder is big enough for you to keep all the products. On the ground floor there is also a room which can be used either as a bedroom for your guests or a home office. We also anticipated a space for a single garage. On the first floor there are three <strong>comfortable</strong><strong> bedrooms.</strong> Each bedroom has a separate exit to the terrace and the balcony. A large bathroom will allow you to install a bathtub or a shower in any place. We also planned a space for a sauna.</p>
